  Booked an appointment for horse ridding in Saturday early morning and prepared to eat lunch there. Lisa called on Friday night told me they have to change the time to afternoon. The site didn't show what's the kitchen time. Have to reschedule and have to eat lunch on the way to the ranch. As a 8 months pregnant and the driver I could not eat the lunch in the car as my kids did. Also since I could not ride I have to finish the signature and payment. Right after she saw my burger on hand she becomes mad. She said they spend a lot of money for setting up and don't earn money. She said she count on people eating here. She don't let me explain and talk over me in a very unpleasant way. Very bad experience and felt sorry for didn't arrange a better one for my kids.

  This review is long overdue!!! Since our daughter started riding @ Putting Horse Ranch it has been a wonderful and rewarding experience. The owner (Liz) and her staff are always friendly, helpful and very competent at what they do. We are very appreciative of, and thankful for, their diligent attention to safety and the obvious pride they take in the maintenance of their beautiful site. In my opinion their rules have always been firm but very fair. The majority of which, are obviously in place to ensure the safety and well being of our children and the beautiful animals they are riding. Another thing that is of utmost important to us when selecting a riding venue is the health and wellbeing of the horses. We have seen and heard of many heartbreaking situations where the horses get just barely enough care to keep them earning money.... sometimes worse. That is not the case at PHR. Every time we have gone out (more than I can count now) it seems very apparent that their horses get lots of TLC. They are healthy, well groomed and beautifully tempered. We are so thankful we found you. Thank you so much for all do to consistently provide us a joyful, educational and rewarding experience!!
