  I've NEVER been to Humpty's this terrible before. There was only 2 other tables of people when we arrived and yet it took our waitress 15 minutes to bring cold burnt coffee. We had 4 children with us had to repeatedly ask her for a highchair for my toddler. No crayons were offered ,no refills on the drinks as we waited well over 30 mins for half of our food. The coffee cream was literally stuck to the dirty plates. Sticky residue on the tables and chairs. The bathroom was absolutely horrendous. Dirty toilets/floors no soap dispenser, there was a bottle with no pump or lid on it with what I could only assume was a hand soap. Or my kids could've just used the pool of spilled soap from the counters and the leftover paper towel that was all over the bathroom. When our food finally arrived it was not humpty's famous quality. It was messy ,tasteless and cold, eggs served without toast (took an additional 10 minutes) .clear hollandaise sauce. Overly salted potatoes. We should've left after that, unfortunately dining with children doesn't give us that freedom. Too bad we didn't as 4 of us ended up with symptoms of food poisoning. ( ages 2 ,4,5 &12 thanks for that ) I've grown up all my life with comfort of humptys restaurant as a great, family friendly,reliable place to eat. I guess pride in ownership is not applicable in this Spruce grove establishment. Which is too bad as this is a very young family or retirement community. I will be sure to warn my friends about eating here.

  Waited 45 mins for drinks . Another 20 to get them , then take our order . 1 hr longer for the food to come just to have it mixed up and not what we ordered . I know it gets busy but at some point they really need to get the act together . There was also hair in one of the plates . Will not be returning to this location .

  Server was back and forth ,during the lunch hour our table of 3 has food mix up. It takes a while to get coffee refill so I was better off going to macs behind the superstore
